  2. Sealing shall be done in the design that there is no water ingress anywhere.
  3. Operating Temperature Range: -10ºC to +50ºC

  5. Control Gear: Prewired with PVC insulated Copper wiring up –to terminal block.
  6. Usage Hours: 10 to 12 hrs per day

  8. Testing Facility: In-house testing facility for Quality Assurance should be available. Bidders must submit necessary documents to support the same.
  9. Warrantee: not less than 02 years
  10. Bidder has done/ executed similar works in state/central govt./PSU/500 Fortune Company not less than 30% of the estimated cost and certificate of satisfactory completion & performance from the clients  to be submitted with offer.
  11. Bidder is either manufacturer or authorized dealer distributor or agent. A certificate to be submitted of manufacturer in case the bidder is dealer/distributer/agent of manufacturer.
  12. Tenderers shall furnish complete & satisfactory type test certificate before dispatch.
  13. Data sheet of LED used along with its dimensions shall be furnished along with the tender.
  14. Suppliers shall furnish proof of procurement of LEDs from the above OEMs.
  15. LEDs must be mounted on MCPCB which should be made up of aluminium metal core.
  16.  All the components shall be properly fixed and all the soldering points shall be with good finish.
  17. Lumen maintenance from NABL approved Govt lab for 2000 hrs shall be furnished with offer.

  1. Payment Milestones:
a)      After Supply of LED street lights /bulbs at Refinery store: 90%
b)      After installation at site: 5%
c)      After one year of supply: 2.5%
d)      After two year of supply: 2.5%

a)      Photometric integrator for testing lumen output and chromaticity co-ordinates of luminaire.
b)      Air-conditioned dust free room for soldering of PCBs
c)      SMD reflow machines for soldering SMD LEDs
d)     Temperature controlled soldering iron.

g)      multimeter
h)      Lux/lumen meter
i)        Tested luminaire of the same model and design being offered shall be available with the firms for measuring total lumen output.

Note: At least one type tested sample (with lumen maintenance report for 2000 hrs or more) shall be retained with the manufacturer duly sealed by the test lab for reference during inspection. The bidder has to offer for inspection to M/S XYZ before dispatch of LED light fitting. The M/S XYZ reserves right for shop floor inspection or may give clearance of dispatch witnessing the test document.
